Effective February 2, 2004 Wadsworth Electric and E C Company completed a transaction to merge their operations in the Northwest coastal region. The Wadsworth Electric team, including Rod Gramson, will continue to serve the coastal community from the existing Astoria, Oregon office. The operation will also continue to incorporate the use of the Wadsworth Electric name for the foreseeable future. The merger of Wadsworth & E C is a strategic business step for both companies. It also represents a joining of two companies with a similar philosophy in their approach to customer service and community involvement. The newly formed Wadsworth and E C team look forward to working with you on existing and future opportunities. The Northwest coast is a very special and unique place.
