This LEED Gold project is the 5-story, 83,000 SF main branch of the Fort Vancouver Regional Library District. It features exposed concrete finishes and a 4-story glass atrium, exposed to each of the first four levels.

Electrical details feature a highly sophisticated fire alarm and smoke evacuation system with (35) 2-horsepower 480 volt, 3-phase smoke exhaust fans and more than 100 unique lighting fixtures throughout, predominately linear direct / indirect fluorescent, including:

  • floor and linear wall LEDs
  • globe fixtures
  • book stack lighting
